AT THE BEGINNING
Safety and trust are the cornerstones of a healthy therapeutic relationship. They develop best when there is a good match between you and your therapist. During the first few sessions, we take time to help you determine if you feel it is a good fit. Our aim is to be sensitive to your unique needs and to provide an open and flexible atmosphere to explore what’s going on in your life.

What can I expect from being in therapy?
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are starting up again, personal growth can be challenging and rewarding. You can expect the best outcome when you feel trust in the therapeutic relationship, feel understood, openly express yourself, and apply what we talk about in your life.
